PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure which has no heat loss from a dirt floor part to an underfloor foundation part and in which floor temperature is stable, and a dirt floor execution method capable of efficiently performing execution. SOLUTION: In a dirt floor structure, a concrete-made dirt floor part 11 is integrally formed over a concrete-made strip footing part 3, and a heat insulation member 9 rich in pressure resistance is disposed on the whole of the concrete-made dirt floor part 11, and the concrete-made underfloor foundation parts 5, 7 of the lower side of the dirt floor part 11 are formed through the heat insulation member 9. After the strip footing part 3 and the underfloor foundation parts 5, 7 are concreted and formed in a dirt floor execution method, the upper face of a sand gravel layer 8 rolled to be laid on an earth face 1a soil-refilled in the inside of the strip footing 3 is prepared on the same level as the upper end of the underfloor foundation parts 5, 7. The heat insulation member 9 is laid on the sand gravel layer 8 and the underfloor foundation parts 5, 7, reinforcing bars 19 are framed on the heat insulation member 9, concrete is placed and the dirt floor part 11 of the same body with the strip footing 3 is formed.
