PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing structure of a joint between water stop plates where a water stop plate to be unitized on a metal tile roof panel forms near a vertical joint between metal tile roof panels. ;SOLUTION: A water stop plate 3 of a preceding metal tile roof panel A is cut off to a required length from the position of a vertical joint between the panels toward a ridge, and a joint provided with a bolt hole is formed near a cut off end on a vertical wall. A joint part 15 with a length from the vertical joint between panels closing to the end of the plate 3 of the panel A is protrusively provided on the plate 3 of a later going metal tile roof panel B, and a bolt hole is provided on the vertical wall of the plate 3, and a caul 20 perpendicularly secured to the ridge side end of a throating stiffener 13 is joined to the front of the plate 3. After positioning the panel A, the panel B is arranged so that the tip of the joint part 15 of the plate 3 of the panel B may approach a cut off end face in the joint of the plate 3 of the panel A, and has a water stopping packing with a length equally striding over the vertical face walls of both the plates 3 on one side, and a joint plate having the bolt hole is assigned to the back of both the plates 3, and a bolt is passed trough and fastened with a nut to consecutively connect both the water stop plates 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
