PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-part root-shaped endosteal dental implant which is not submerged. ;SOLUTION: A single-part root-shaped endosteal dental implant 40 contains a body part 41 to be inserted into an opening part within a jaw bone of a patient, a neck part 46 at an upper part of the body part 41 and an abutment part 48 at an upper part of the neck part 46 in the single implant. The abutment part 48 contains a periphery shoulder part and an opening part leading to a shaft with a female thread cut thereon.
