PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a layer made of soil reinforced by continuous threads on the surface of ground, using pit sand or sandy soil composed chiefly of sand, particularly field soil, and to enable pneumatic transportation of such soil. ;SOLUTION: In order to form a layer 10 made of soil reinforced by continuous threads on the surface of ground, soil composed of sand serving as a main component and fine grains is mixed with a nodulizing agent, and then the soil 12 is fed by means of pneumatic transportation with a pipe 16. Continuous threads 14 and the soil air-fed are sprinkled over the surface 11 of the ground to thereby form a layer made of the soil reinforced by the continuous threads.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
