The present invention relates to a reclamation soil which maintains compactness while using a low ratio of fine grained soil, a production method thereof, and a reclamation method using the same. The reclamation soil comprises coarse grained soil and fine grained soil. The fine grained soil includes less than 80 wt% of particles with particle size of less than 0.002 mm, and has 60% or less of liquid-limit. Moreover, the fine grained soil has 30% or less of plastic index, and is mixed with the coarse grained soil after being dried to have 20% or less of moisture content.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
