PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease amt. of work when various data such as scores of tests are written and summed up on a score summing-up table and to eliminate complication of maintenance. ;SOLUTION: A booklet wherein a plurality of papers are bound is provided and a score summing-up table on each school term is provided on every spread of the body pages and the top half part of the score summing-up table 10 by viewpoint on the first page of the body pages has name columns 40₁-40₁₇ lengthwise in one row for writing names of class pupils and the bottom half part of the score summing-up table on the last page has a plurality of stages of name columns 40₁₈-40₄₂ lengthwise in one row for writing names of class pupils successively from the name columns 40₁-40₁₇ and in the contents 3, by cutting out end parts corresponding to the name columns 40₁-40₄₂, the score summing-up table printed on each paper of the contents quotes each name column 40₁-40₁₇ on the first page and (or) each name column 40₁₈-40₄₂ on the last page.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
