PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CRT burning preventing device without sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: An information display control part 1 forms information to be displayed on the CRT, and a CRT control part 3 sends display information to an electronic gun part 4 and a state preservation part 8 by the display information imparted from the information display control part 1. Then, the state preservation part 8 controls a deflection coil part 5 by increasing/decreasing a 'certain value' preserved in the state preservation part 8 while sending the information correcting this display information by the beforehand preserved 'certain value' to the deflection coil part 5.
