PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. giving a molded article with no shape change owing to washing, drying, heat treatment, etc., and with an excellent mechanical performance at a low temp. by including both an aliphatic polyketone resin and a liquid crystalline polymer. ;SOLUTION: A resin compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyketone resin of a polymer having a repeating unit expressed by the formula and 5-100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystalline polymer. The polyketone resin has pref. an m.p. of 175-300°C, and a limiting viscosity number (measured at 60°C in m-cresol) of 0.5-10 dl/g, and comprises an alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide with an ethylenically unsatd. hydrocarbon compd. selected from propene, 1- butene, etc., being a semicrystalline aliphatic resin. The liquid crystalline polymer is pref. a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester which indicates a liquid crystallinity on melting. A melt viscosity ratio of the polyketone resin/the liquid crystalline polymer is pref. 1.1-20.0. In the formula, G is a 3C or more group; m and n are each a positive integer, but m/(m+n) is 0.5 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
