ROAD TUNNEL COMPREHENSIVELY MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an individual difference and an oversight, and reduce a system constructing cost by performing computer processing by integrating disaster preventive monitoring and ventilation control on the basis of an image and sound information from movable television cameras to move along a road. ;SOLUTION: A mist permeability meter, a carbon monoxide densitometer and a jet fan are arranged inside a road tunnel 1. Two television cameras 21 and 21' are moved along tunnel both wall surfaces, and are connected to a control means 30 by a cable 29 while mutually monitoring abnormality. The control means 30 controls a movement and a photographing angle by a television camera movement control means 31 and a photographing direction control means 32, and transmits them to a monitoring control room 40 by an image information transmitting means 33. The monitoring control room 40 receives and reproduces an image and sound information, and judges abnormality, and analyzes the abnormality and takes a necessary measure. It also monitors and controls trouble of ancillary equipment, the prevention of disaster and ventilation. In this way, a disaster preventive monitoring device and a ventilation control device are functionally integrated, and control of the tunnel and a space and control of a road condition and a using condition can be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
