PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device and work, reduce labor of an operator, shorten work time, and prevent the degradation of piping. ;SOLUTION: In a piping-contained water blocking-up device 5 to block up piping-contained water flowing inside piping 1, the device has a blocking-up device main body 6 which is installed on an outside surface of the piping 1 and in which one end of a through hole 22 formed inside is opened in the piping, a nozzle 7 which is provided so as to be freely inserted into the through hole 22 formed in this blocking-up device main body 6 and whose tip part is exposed in the piping 1 in an inserted condition, and a blocking-up balloon 15 which is installed in the tip part in this nozzle 7 and is sucked inside the nozzle 7 at ordinary times and blocks up the piping-contained water in the piping 1 by expanding in the piping 1 outside of the nozzle 7 at piping-contained water blocking up time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
