MESH DIVIDING METHOD AND REDIVIDED MESH INTEGRATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh dividing method and a redivided mesh integrating method which redivide meshes except the mesh in the best shape among mesh shapes of an object which are divided once while the mesh in the best shape is fixed and held. ;SOLUTION: A mesh fixing means 50 fixes the mesh shapes of some of divided mesh shapes according to the mesh size and aspect ratio of the divided meshes stored previously in a mesh shape data file 21. Then a data generating means 60 generates shape data for redivision by substituting as a new segment the segment matching the segment of the object at the same position in the mesh shape before division among fixed segments in the mesh shapes for the segment at the same position of the divided mesh shape data. A mesh dividing means 40 redivides the mesh shapes other than the fixed mesh shape according to the generated shape data for redivision.
