PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily acquirable information such as the type of a film with lens by recording new information at a spot different from a standardization bar code by using a new bar code system utilizing the standardized code system. SOLUTION: This information recording photographic film F is provided with a new bar code NC recorded as a latent image between the outside end of a perforation hole P and the upper end of film F on the upper side of figure. The bar code NC is constituted of a clock track Tc and a data track Td in the same manner as the standardized code DC such as a DX code Dx and an extension code DXe. However, the clock track Tc exists on a film end side and the data track Td exists on an image area side GA differently from the code DC (DX and DXe), and the directions of bar code patterns are the same in the same direction. Thus, the new information is recorded at the spot different from the bar code NC by using the system of the bar code NC appropriating the system of the code DC.
