PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptively equalizing circuit in which equalization of an input signal can be performed adaptively and accurately, and the circuit scale and power consumption can be suppressed to be small. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a analog filter 10 filtering an input signal with a characteristic in accordance with a specified filter coefficient value 11, and a learning circuit 22 updating the filter coefficient value 11 based on an output signal 30 of the analog filter 10, the learning circuit 22 changes the filter coefficient value by a minute quantity temporarily, and decides a new filter coefficient value based on changing quantity 33 of an error level 31 of the output signal 30 of the analog filter by the variation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
