PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment and a method for incinerating refuse which enable attainment of further suppression and reduction of dioxins and the like which have been impossible to attain by a combustion control using CO concentration as an index, and a measuring device of gas components contained in exhaust gas from the refuse incinerating equipment. ;SOLUTION: This refuse incinerating equipment 1 has a combustion furnace 10 inside which refuse is burned in combustion air, a carbon monoxide measuring means 11 for measuring the quantity of carbon monoxide generated in the combustion furnace 10, a means 12 for measuring chlorobenzene and the like which measures the quantity of at least one kind of chlorobenzene and the like generated in the combustion furnace 10, an arithmetic part 13 which determines the excess or deficiency of the amount of the refuse and/or the quantity of the combustion air supplied into the combustion furnace 10 on the basis of the quantities of the carbon monoxide and the chlorobenzene and the like generated therein which are measured by the carbon monoxide measuring means 11 and the means 12 for measuring the chlorobenzene and the like, and generates a control signal, and supply amount regulating means 14 and 15 which regulate the amount of supply of the refuse and/or the quantity of the combustion air according to the control signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
