PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stationarily receive TV in the coastal navigation of a vessel and to receive basically high gain with a wide band by forming a rectangular antenna element by means of a specified dimension of metallic conductor plate and constituting the ratio of its long sides with the short ones to be within a specified range. SOLUTION: The long sides 1 and 1-1 of the antenna element and the short sides 2 of it are provided with 1-5 mm thickness and 10-100 mm planar width, used in the vessel especially over the sea and constituted by a prescribed length metallic conductor plate which is not easily affected by rust. That is, the end part of the metallic conductor plate is perpendicularly bent so as to form the prescribed dimension long sides 1 and 1-1 and the short ones 2 of the rectangular antenna element. Then, the ratio of the length of the long sides 1 and the short sides 2 is formed so as to be within the prescribed dimension range of 1:(10-30). Besides, a power feeding box 5 provided with an insulated gap part 3 and a pair of power feeding points 4 is provided in the center part of the bent one long side 1-1 so as to constitute the reception antenna 10.
