PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform series of processing for the centralized management of distributed managing information, which is managed by respective distributed servers, in the information database of a centralized managing server as centralized managing information without human intervention. SOLUTION: When a distributed managing information centralized managing part 18 of a centralized managing server 12 outputs instructions to respective client/server environments 11, 21 and 31 so as to transmit the difference data of distributed managing information 16, 26 and 36 at the respective servers 12, 22 and 32, differential data transmitting parts 14, 24 and 34 of the respective servers 12, 22 and 32 extract the differential data from distributed managing information 16, 26 and 36 of the servers themselves and instruct the communication control parts 13, 23 and 33 so as to transmit them to the centralized managing server 12. When the differential data transmitted from the respective servers 12, 22 and 32 are received through a communication control part 13, the distributed managing information centralized managing part 18 reflects centralized managing information 17 in an information database 15 with these data.
