PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective for long-term storage of a sterilized object for use at a time when a disaster occurs by exhausting air in a storage container after hot-air disinfection of a subject of sterilization enclosed in a portable container, and injecting inert gas, holding at constant pressure higher than outside air pressure and storing in an anoxic condition. ;SOLUTION: Heat sensitive valve devices 5, 6 that open at 50°C or more and close at 50°C or less are provided to an airtight container comprised of a lid 2 and a main body 1, a medical device to be sterilized is enclosed in the container, and disinfected by hot air in an EOG disinfector at about 60°C or a steam disinfector at about 130°C with heat sensitive valve devices 5, 6 opened, and dried by air exhaustion after disinfection ends. And then air in the container is removed with a vacuum pump and inert gas is injected into the container, miscellaneous germs are kept from entering from outside by making gas pressure higher than outside air pressure. In addition, sterilized medical materials are stored and maintained by putting a basket containing an oxygen adsorbent in the container and keeping the container in an anoxic condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
