PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for bicycle and motorcycle parking lot management which use inexpensive use tickets free of the possibility that they are illegally used and can judge whether or not a bicycle left in the parking lot has been put in and parked legally by purchasing a use ticket from the bicycle. ;SOLUTION: A temporary use ticket 50 is printed by a ticket vending machine by using a copy check form and has a 1st display part 41 which is long enough to wind around the handlebars of a bicycle, etc., and a 2nd display part 52 which is connected to the 1st display part 51 so that it can be cut away. At the time of entry, the bar code 52d printed at the 2nd display part 52 is read by an entry/exiting reader and when the bar code is proper, an entry/ exiting gate is opened. A user parks his or her bicycle with the 1st display part 51 wound the handlebars of the bicycle and carries the 2nd display part 52 when exiting from the parking lot.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
