PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a nucleus inserting technique capable of reducing the mortality rate of mother pearl oysters, shortening the treating period of mother pearl oyster, dropping the incidence of the removal of nuclei from mother pearl oysters and improving the productivity of pearl culture, by limiting the wounds of mother pearl oysters to be caused by a nucleus inserting technique to a minimum range and to obtain a tool for the nucleus inserting technique useful or carrying out the nucleus inserting technique. ;SOLUTION: This method for a nucleus inserting technique comprises a step for forming an incised part 14 by a laser surgical knife, an electric surgical knife or an ultrasonic surgical knife right on or in the vicinity of a nucleus inserting part 13 in which the piece and the nucleus of a mother pearl oyster 2 is transplanted and a step for transplanting the piece and the nucleus from the incised par 14 to the nucleus inserting part 13. The tool for the nucleus inserting technique is equipped with an endoscope for projecting the circumference of the incised part 4 and the laser surgical knife, an electric surgical knife or an ultrasonic surgical knife for forming the incised part 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
