PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a food having a high nutritive value, capable of using a chicken bone and hen's egg together with eggshell for food. SOLUTION: A chicken bone and hen's egg with eggshell as it is are put in black vinegar and dissolved together with the eggshell. A solution obtained by the dissolution is dried and the dried material is ground into a powdery material. The powdery material is mixed with citric acid, powdery garlic and further a solidifying agent to give the objective granular material.
