PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which enables the root of the penis to be strangulated quickly, easily, and effectively. ;SOLUTION: A penis strangulation ring comprises a strangulation ring 1 made of low-hardness silicon and at least in the center of which is a slit 1a which can be elastically expanded and contracted; a wearing holder formed by a plastic cylinder through which the penis erected can pass and having a shallow groove provided around the periphery of one end thereof; and a sheet of hair cover 4 having an area whereby the strangulation ring 1 can be isolated from pubic hair 2 and having a penis hole 4a in the center thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
