PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic applying utensil by which local dying and bleaching can be easily performed by a double pack type hair cosmetic even at a visited place. ;SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic applying utensil 1 is equipped with a pair of plate-like, members 10 (10a and 10b) and a pair of bag members 20 (20a and 20b. The plate-like members 10a and 10b are formed of one sheet of a resin plate which is bent at a thinner part 11, and they can come into contact with or separate from each other. The bag members 20a and 20b are bonded to the plate-like members 10a and 10b respectively, and in the bag member 20a, a first chemical is enclosed, and in the bag member 20b, a second chemical is enclosed respectively, and when an adhesive tape 23 is peeled, a discharging port 21 is exposed. Hair is inserted between the bag members 20a and 20b, and when the hair is pinched by pressing the plate-like members 10a and 10b in the approaching directions each other, the first chemical and the second chemical are discharged from the discharging port 21, and the two kinds of chemicals are applied to the hair while being mixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
