PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change without giving an adverse effect on the existing services, to reuse between physically different locations and to perform quick development by performing an intelligent telecommunication service between a sending end that makes a call out request and a receiving end. ;SOLUTION: An exchange platform 20 receives a call out request and performs signal processing. Some elements of the call request are used as trigger by the platform 20 and urge the platform 20 to perform a specific operation. The trigger is an application service element that is directed to the platform 20, suspends basic call processing control and calls service logical control. For instance, a request source number, i.e., a calling number is used as a trigger. While a trigger sets a call, or when a request source or a network desires to perform a new operation though the call is already established, the platform 20 urges a specific operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
