PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant liquid surface control device which prevents the air from being mixed into fuel suctioned into a second fuel pump from a fuel discharge passage 6. ;SOLUTION: An air vent passage 4 opened and closed by a liquid surface hold member 8 operating in accordance with changes of a fuel liquid surface in a case 1 of a constant liquid surface control device, a fuel flow-in passage 5 continuous with a first fuel pump, and a fuel discharge passage 6 continuous with a second fuel pump are provided in the case 1 thereof. Furthermore, a fuel flow prevention member 10 which faces an opening 6A into the case of the fuel discharge passage 6 and is immersed below a constant fuel liquid surface and a partition wall 11 reaching an upper position from a side part of the opening 6A of the fuel discharge passage from a bottom part 1A of the case 1 are provided in the case 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
