PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sugar-coated tablet of extract of Gingo biloba leaves by which the sugar-coated tablet having good stability after sugar-coating is produced while preventing troubles in making tablet from being caused by making the tablet from a composition not containing a crystalline cellulose which is a fibrous material but containing the extract of the Gingo biloba leaves and vitamin E, and coating the obtained tablet with sugar. ;SOLUTION: A composition (preferably a granule prepared for making a tablet) not containing a crystalline cellulose which is a fibrous material (a crystalline cellulose, a pulp fiber, chitosan, chitin or the like) but containing an extract of Gingo biloba leaves (of ≤20%, preferably 0.1-15% based on the objective sugar-coated tablet of the extract of the Gingo biloba leaves) and vitamin E (a natural product or a synthesized one, preferably the one extracted and purified from the natural product, and preferably of ≤15%, more preferably of 0.1-10% based on the sugar-coated tablet) is tableted, and the obtained tablet is coated with sugar to provide the sugar-coated tablet in the method for producing the sugar-coated tablet of the extract of the Gingo biloba leaves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
