PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform driver/passenger of an accident vehicle of an arriving state of an emergency car at an accident site and a first-aid treatment method in detail. SOLUTION: When a collision occurs in a vehicle 1 and the current position of the vehicle 1 itself is detected, a radio communication equipment 15 loaded on the vehicle 1 informs a center 2 of the current position and accident information, and the center 2 commands an emergency car 3 to go into action. The car 3 calculates a traveling time up to the vehicle 1 based on the current position information of the vehicle 1, transmits the calculated result and the action information of the car 3 to the vehicle 1, while a normal vehicle 1 informs the driver/passenger of the traveling time and the action information of the emergency car 3 by a receiver 13 loaded on the vehicle 1.
