PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shielding the magnetic field and the electric field of an electromagnetic field, by overlapping at members wherein cobalt based amorphous alloy powder is bonded on belt-shaped resin in the state of gathers, and installing it on a back fabric. SOLUTION: A layer 1A3 of cobalt based amorphous alloy powder as a soft magnetic member is sandwiched between front and rear polyethylene terephthalate resin sheets 1A1, 1A2, a conductor layer 1A4 as a foil of conductor like copper is stuck on the front surface of the front polyethylene terephthalate resin sheet 1A1, and a shield sheet 1A is formed. The conductor layer 1A4 in the shield sheet 1A is overlapped in the state of gathers and installed on the front surface 1B11 side of a retaining bag 1B constituted of a retaining bag member 1B1 using chemical fiber as material and a fixing edge 1B2. Thereby the magnetic field and the electric field of an electromagnetic field can be shielded, and clothes having flexibility can be obtained.
