COUNTER MEASURE AGAINST LOW TEMPERATURE TROUBLE OF DRAIN WATER BY MELTING ICE AND SNOW AS COLD SOURCE FOR COLD WAREHOUSE BY ICE AND SNOW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND HEATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise temperature of drain water to avoid damage due to cold drain water and reduce operation costs by making melting cold water absorb wasted thermal load comprising heat generated and accompanied by operation of a facility and intrusion of heat by solar radiation. ;SOLUTION: Ice and snow blocks 2 are stored in a cold source ice and snow storage chamber 1, a heat storage vent hole 3 is bored in the ice and snow block 2, melting cold water 4 is collected under a floor, and the melting cold water 4 is pumped by a direct drain pump 6 and supplied to a heating water transfer pipe 9. A heating water-transfer pump 8 having a bypass solenoid valve 10 is provided in the heating water-transfer pipe 9 so as to make melting cold water 4 absorb wasted thermal load comprising heat generated and accompanied by operation of a facility and invasion of heat by solar radiation. Further, the melting cold water 4 is conveyed to a heat exchange water pipe 15 of a grain treatment chamber 12 and a delivery item temperature control chamber 11, and indoor air is circulated by a blower 13 and a blower 21 so as to promote cold temperature, dehumidification and dust removal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
