PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely realize services to customers by using a discrimination number for issue of an adjustment request as a retrieval key to discriminate whether a person staying in a designated room is a regular customer or not and reporting the discrimination result to a POS terminal and registering it in an information management system. ;SOLUTION: When a room number is designated to issue an adjustment request of lodging by a POS terminal 2, an acquisition means 11 uses this room number as the retrieval key to access a lodging person information management system 3 and acquires name information of the lodging person. A discrimination means 12 receives it to access a customer information management system 4 and discriminates whether the lodging person is a regular customer or not. If it is reported by the discrimination means 12 that he/she is a regular customer, a report means 14 reports this discrimination result and regular customer information to the POS terminal 2. The discrimination result of the discrimination means 12 is registered in the lodging person information management system 3 by a registration means 13. Thus, a hotel management device is obtained which surely realizes service to regular customers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
