PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shear reinforcement structure and a method of shear- reinforcement construction of a concrete member, by which a reinforcing sheet is smoothly fixed surely and an effective reinforcing effect can be obtained. ;SOLUTION: Reinforcing sheets C1, C2 having a reinforcing effect in the peripheral direction of columns 10 and a beam 11 are fixed onto the columns 10 and the beam 11 by bonding with anchors for fixing fastened onto the columns 10 and the beam 11, and fixing reinforcing members 20 (20A, 20B) are superposed and stuck. In the anchors for fixing, sections, in which a large number of reinforcing fibers (f) are bundled, are fastened near the columns 10 and the beam 11 while sections, in which the fibers (f) are not bundled are spread along the columns 10 and the beam 11, and the reinforcing sheets C1, C2 are superposed and pasted on the sections in which the fibers (f) are bundled, and the sections, in which the fibers (f) are not bundled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
