PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bottle for culturing Lyophyllum ulmarium or Pleurotus ostreatus Qurl., coincident to an objective culture volume and an objective culture shape and capable of culturing the Lyophyllum ulmarium or the Pleurotus ostreatus Qurl. SOLUTION: This bottle for culturing Lyophyllum ulmarium or Pleurotus ostreatus Qurl. is obtained by upward extending a small cylindrical bottle opening 16 having an inner diameter and a length suitable for forming the hard tips 24 of mushroom stems corresponding to the culture volume of the Lyophyllum ulmarium or the Pleurotus ostreatus Qurl. 30 on the inner peripheral edge of a bottle shoulder 14 covering the upper and inner periphery of the bottle main body 12, outward and horizontally extending a ring-like flange 17 on the upper peripheral edge of the bottle opening 16, and subsequently upward extending a funnel-like cylinder 18 having substantially the same inner volume as the culture volume of the Lyophyllum ulmarium or the Pleurotus ostreatus Qurl. on the outer peripheral edge of the flange 17.
