ANTI-FUNGAL AND FUNGIPROOF BELT FOR FOOD CARRIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying belt which is safe for carrying food, and can keep its anti-fungal and fungiproof effect for the long period of time, and also provide a carrying belt the antifungal and fungiproof effect of which can be kept for the long period of time even at the connection part of the carrying belt. ;SOLUTION: This anti-fungal and fungiproof belt 20 for a food carrier is formed out of resin layers 2, core body layers 1, and of adhesive agent layers 3. Each resin layer 2 is made out of material where anti-fungal agent mainly composed of bis(2-pyridylthio-1-oxide) zinc is kneaded with one kind of resin selected out of a group of polyuretane, PVC, polyolephine and silicon so as to be molded. The blending amount of anti-fungal agent is to be 0.1 to 5 parts of anti-fungal agent by weight with respect to 100 parts of resin by weight. The belt can be provided with a finger joint formed out of an adhesive foil in which anti-fungal agent is kneaded. A thread shaped framing member 15 in a semi-cylindrical shape in cross section formed out of resin in which anti- fungal agent is kneaded, can be welded so as to be combined with the peripheral parts 14 of the belt 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
