PURPOSE: To semipermanently generate electricity by using clean energy in a system for transmitting energy to rotate one generator to a periphery through magnetic force. ;CONSTITUTION: A rotor 26 is provided with a generation magnet part 4 and an induction reaction magnet part 5. The rotor 26 is supported, while being concentric with a horizontal rotor shaft 38 of a housing structure body with a rotor floating magnet part 2, capable of being levitated and rotated, and is rotated via a drive motor 29 in a driving primodium base structure, a speed regulator, or the like. At the same time, a plurality of reaction generation primodia for magnetically connecting to the induction reaction magnet part 5 of the rotor 26 for rotating are provided circumferentially at the periphery of the rotor 26 to successively generate power, while opposing the generation magnet part 4 of the rotor 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
