PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut flower freshness keeping container which is excellent in workability when stems of cut flowers are inserted, and excellent in water holding property. SOLUTION: A cut flower freshness keeping container is formed of the soft polyethylene in an integrated manner, and flexible. A contracted part 20 whose diameter is smaller than that of a body part 10 is formed on the body part 10. The contracted part 20 comprises an approximately conical first contracted part 21, and an approximately cylindrical second contracted part 22. A large number of straight raised parts 25 are formed on the side of the second contracted part 22. A water stopping part 30 of approximately disk-shape is formed on the second contracted part 22. The diameter of the water stopping part 30 is as large as that of the body part 10. An insertion hole is provided in the center of an upper surface of the water stopping part 30. The water stopping part 30 is thinner-walled compared with the body part 10 and the contracted part 20. Because the water stopping part 30 becomes very soft, the water stopping part 30 has the sufficient function as a stop valve.
