INDIVIDUAL WORK ENVIRONMENT SETTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a work environment when work is interrupted at the time of the next if work is interrupted midway by setting the work environment based on individual verification information stored in an IC card and individual verification information stored in a server. ;SOLUTION: When the self-IC card 10 is set in the slot of a card reader/ writer 4, PC is automatically started. A CPU 1 reads individual verification information in the IC card 10, executes combination with the server and automatically down-loads OS and AP, which are required for the start of work, associated information, and a data file on a main storage device 3 and an HD device 7 at need based on information in a corresponding individual information set. The CPU 1 automatically sets the work environment when a user interrupts precedent work based on information which is down-loaded and a display 2 is caused to execute display at the time of a precedent work interruption.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
