BUILDING COOLING AND HEATING APPARATUS USING RAIN WATER STORED IN GROUND IMPROVEMENT FOUNDATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use rain water for cooling in summer, for room heating and floor heating in winter and also use the water as fire water by storing the rain water falling on a roof of a building in a hollow void within a slab floor plate functioning as a ground improvement foundation of the building. SOLUTION: In this building cooling and heating apparatus using rain water, a styrene foam (C) is laid on a cement based improved subgrade through a sand fill (B) for secturing accuracy, and a large number of hollow voids (D) parallelly formed within a concrete slab floor plate (E) having a large number of the parallelly formed hollow voids (D) made of paper pipes are formed as hollow pipes 1 made of a material such as iron pipe, stainless steel pipe, vinyl pipe and the like capable of holding water by not permitting water to permeate through and are connected with headers 2, 3 at both ends. An intake pipe 6 from a collecting gutter 5 having a filter layer 4 for receiving rain water from a roof is made to communicate with one header 2 and a water intake port 8 and a hot water heater 7 are mounted on the other header 3 to make use of the rain water stored in a slab floor plate (E) for cooling and heating floor and to use the rain water as fire water in an emergency.
