SOLUTION: Disassembling work data required for the disassembling work of the product is stored with information obtained from key data to enable specification of the product and appearance of the product as a database 10 for the disassembling work, when the product is disassembled, the key data of the product to be disassembled is inputted (ST202) and the database 10 for the disassembling work is retrieved (ST203). In this case, if the corresponding disassembling work data exists, the disassembling work data is outputted (ST204, ST207), if no corresponding disassembling work data exists, the information obtained from the appearance of the product to be disassembled is inputted (ST205), the disassembling work data of the product to be disassembled is estimated (ST206) based on appearance information and the disassembling work data of the database 10 for the disassembling work according to the appearance information and outputted (ST207).
