PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel stopper lock device which prevents a wheel stopper used with a towing tractor or the like from dropping from a storage part, prevents the failure to apply a parking brake at the time of parking the vehicle, and prevents the vehicle from starting with the vehicle stopper held locked, and a wheel stopper lock system including the lock device. ;SOLUTION: A wheel stopper 4 is stored in a storage part 5 and comprises blocks 4a, 4b and a connecting member 4c connecting the blocks 4a, 4b together, with a hole 4b' formed in the block 4b. A brake lever 8 is operated in parking a vehicle, and when pulled in the direction indicated by the arrow A, moves a lock pin 10 upward along a pin guide 11 via a link plate 9. By operating the brake lever 8 in the opposite direction to the direction indicated by the arrow A, the lock pin 10 is moved downward via the link plate 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
