DETECTION OF ANTIGEN USING ANTIBODY-SENSITIVE COLLOIDAL GOLD, MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND ANTIBODY-SENSITIVE COLLOIDAL GOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, rapidly and surely detect the aimed antigen by reacting colloidal gold-adsorbed antibody-sensitive colloidal gold with an antigen group to be detected and by visual detection of the resulting antigen to be detected. ;SOLUTION: Colloidal gold particle-adsorbed antibody-sensitive collodial gold is reacted with an antigen group to be detected, followed by washing the reaction product, and the resultant red-colored antigen stuck with the antibody-sensitive colloid gold is detected by visual inspection. Use of an antibody-sensitive colloid gold prepared by sticking colloidal gold onto a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing Lactobacillus casei YIT 9029 strain and related strains enables easy and rapid detection of the above strains.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
