PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and propagate electric vector potential in a wide range by arranging plural dielectrics radially on nearly the same plane and applying oscillation voltage to each of them. ;SOLUTION: At an energy sending device 11, electrodes 13 and 14 are provided on both of the mutually opposed surfaces of a dielectric 12 in the shape of a rectangular parallelopiped, a cube, etc., in one body with this. This is called a capacitor. The dielectrics 12 are radially arranged in the posture of directing the side surface of each dielectric 12 without being provided with respective electrodes 13 and 14 outward extending more than nearly a half circumference of the same plane with a point O1 in a center. Electric vector potential is generated from each capacitor by applying oscillation voltage in the direction of an angle θ inserting the intersection point Q of diagonals 12a and 12b combining two points on mutually opposed diagonal angles at a plane view at the dielectiric, and propagated. Then, in order to cover the whole direction, the dielectrics 12 are arranged so as to make an angle mutually inserted by them a proper value by extending the periphery of nearly more than a half circumference around the center O1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
