PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dynamic strength, that is the fatigue strength of a joined part in which an aluminum alloy is joined by a self-piercing rivet, and to increase its service life. ;SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy joined body comprises JIS6000 aluminum alloy plates 2, 3 which are lapped on each other, and joined with self-piercing rivets 1. Before the rivets are driven in, the aluminum alloy plates 2, 3 are T1 heat treated in a case of extrusion stock, or T4 heat treated in the case of rolled stock, and after the rivets are driven, T5 heat treated in the case of extrusion stock, and T6 heat treated in the case of rolled stock.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
