PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a complicated structure, an increase of maintenance amount, an increase of manufacturing cost, and a delay in response in control by utilizing power from a power supply device of a rolling stock as a drive source of an actuator directly. ;SOLUTION: An actuator 6 provided between a carbody 1 and a bogie 2 or between an intermediate beam and the bogie 2 is operated to tilt the carbody in the direction in which carbody lateral constant acceleration due to centrifugal force generated when the carbody passes a curved road is reduced.
