PURPOSE: To obtain a boride W base sintered alloy excellent in corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance, coagulating resistance, thermal shock resistance, toughness and machinability by subjecting a mixture of the powder of specified ternary complex boride or moreover binary boride and the powder of W to compacting and sintering. ;CONSTITUTION: Mixed powder constituted of, by volume, 1 to 30% powder of one or more kinds among ternary complex boride such as Mo2FeB2, Mo2NiB2, Mo2CoB2, W2FeB2, W2NiB2, W2CoB2, MoCoB, WFeB and WCoB and the balance W powder or mixed powder constituted of l to 20% of at least one kind among the powder of the above ternary complex boride and 1 to 20% of at least one kind among the powder of MxBy type binary boride such as TiB2, ZrB2, TaB2 and CrB2 (where M denotes Ti, Zr.
