PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce both steady earth resistance and transient earth resistance by constituting a first earth conductor of a four-square shape spread part along the round and an extended belt part and by providing a plurality of second earth conductors under the first earth conductor in such a state facing into the ground. ;SOLUTION: A groove 12 constituted of a four-square shape spread groove 13 and linear grooves 14a, 14b extending both sides of the four-square shape groove 13 is formed on the surface part of the ground 2 in such a state as matching the shape of a first earth conductor 5. It is preferable that a material P to be earthed such as piers for a steel tower is positioned in an area surrounded with this four-square shape groove 13. Copper earth rods are driven toward the underground on the bottom central line of the groove 12 in a position where respective sides of the four-square shape groove 13 cross each other and the top end parts of the respective earth rods are connected to a conductor 16 which constitutes a part of the first earth conductor 5 via a sleeve, etc., so as to constitute the second earth conductors 6. Secondly, an earth resistance reducing material 18 is laid in the groove 12 in a prescribed depth to be completed into the first earth conductor 5, and the groove 12 is refilled with soil so that the earth device 1 is constituted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
