PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the irregular heating, to uniformize the temperature distribution in the lateral direction of the steel strip and to reduce the breaking of the welded part at the time of executing induction heating to the welded part after welding and joining the steel strip at the inlet side of the continuous process line continuously processing the steel strip by joining. CONSTITUTION:After mutual ends of steel strips 5 are welded, they are heating with an induction heating device while pressurizing the welded part 4 over the width of steel strip by pushing an induction heating coil 1 coated with an insulation material 3 with an air cylinder 2 over the width of steel strip of the welded part 4 of the steel strip 5.
