PURPOSE: To attain a purchase format for generating the credit of a card amount at the time of initial use by demanding the post paying of a prepaid card amount in a prepaid card system. ;CONSTITUTION: A sales data fetching part 21 fetches sales data and delivers the data to a post-paying data extracting part 22, which judges whether a prepaid card used is a post-paying prepaid card or not and its use is the initial use or not, and when the card is the post-paying type and the initial use, the sales data is delivered to a post-paying member information setting part 23 and a card issuing company discount information setting part 25. The setting part 23 retrieves whether a member record exists in a member master or not, and when the record exists, an enterprise code is delivered to a post-paying demanding destination information setting part 24. Whether an enterprise record exists in an enterprise master or not is retrieved, and when the record exists, a demanding destination address in the enterprise master is extracted and delivered to a post-paying demanding part 27.
