PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a day/night decoration set inside of a vehicle utilizing a seat cover and a black light, which can be expected to give a mental effect of improving atmosphere, etc., as a method for reducing the defects of long-time driving and service in a vehicle and driving and service when it is dark inside of the vehicle called 'the tiredness of a fellow passenger and a passenger'. ;SOLUTION: A photograph 4, a picture 5, calligraphy, characters excepting for calligraphy, a graphic, a pattern, etc., are designed (including a solid) on at least a part of the surface of the 'seat cover' 3 of the seat of the vehicle. In addition, at least one of the applying of a luminous paint 6 and the fixing of a luminescence emitting body 7 such as an optical fiber, etc., is performed to at least a part of the design or only the paint 6 and the body 7 are used for the designing. Then, when it is dark in the vehicle the part of the paint 6 and the body 7 are illuminated by the black light. In addition, a fixing belt 9 is provided at the 'seat cover' 3 to arrange flowers 10, a doll, etc., or to add a casing containing a perfume, a flavoring or a matter of a good smell such as a flavoring wood, an incense stick.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
