THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION FOR POWDER SLUSH MOLDING AND POWDER SLUSH MOLDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in powder fluidity, having a low melt viscosity, easy in mold removal of the surface coat after molding and having an excellent pulling strength by compounding a polypropylene resin, a hydrogenated styrene butadiene rubber, a process oil, an elastomer, an adhesion modifier and an internal mold releasing agent. ;SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) a polypropylene resin, (B) a hydrogenated styrene butadiene rubber, (C) a process oil, (D) an elastomer excellent in oil-absorbing activity (e.g. a styrene-(ethylene- propylene)-styrene block copolymer), (E) an adhesion-improving agent (e.g. an acid modified polypropylene or a hydroxyl-containing polypropylene), (F) an internal mold releasing agent (e.g. dimethylsiloxane) and optionally (G) an organic peroxide.
