PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a tape where a bilingual broadcast is recorded as a teaching material for language learning as it is. ;SOLUTION: When the tape where the bilingual broadcast is recorded is reproduced, one sound is reproduced as it is and the other is recorded in a memory, etc. Then the reproduction is stopped temporarily at previously set time or a break of the reproduced sound and the other sound recorded in the memory is reproduced.
