PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit configuration which can increase the speed of a domino logic circuit and, at the same time, can secure the completeness of data by eliminating the competition between the successive stages of a holding time latch using the domino logic circuit. ;SOLUTION: A logic circuit 18 is provided with a first-phase domino logic circuit 20 and a second-phase domino logic circuit 22 and the circuits 20 and 22 are respectively provided with precharge nodes 20PN and 22PN, coupling devices 20PT and 22PT, discharge paths 20L and 20DT and 22L and 22DT, and output inverters 20IN and 22IN. The output of the output inverter 20IN controls the conduction of the discharge path of the second-phase domino logic circuit 22. The logic circuit 18 is provided with a circuit 26 which starts the evaluation phase of the second-phase domino logic circuit 22 and another circuit 28 which starts the precharge phase of the first-phase domino logic circuit 20 at third time. The third time is after a clock signal shifts and the discharge path of the second-phase domino logic circuit 22 has a sufficient time for conduction after the evaluation phase is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
